ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION
Brilliant, fine bead, gold color with
greenish highlights. Pronounced,
mature aroma with bread crust and a
hint of toast flavor. Big structure,
zesty and fine, its good acidity allows a
long bottle development.
MATCHING
As aperitif, fish.
